The Challenge

A leading apparel manufacturing enterprise operating across multiple geographies was managing its order-to-delivery processes on a legacy ERP platform. As transaction volumes increased, the system struggled to keep pace with operational demands.

Our Solution

Maathra implemented ApexWaves ERP, a modern ERP platform built on Oracle APEX, to support the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle, excluding production execution and core finance modules.

The solution covered buyer order management, order costing, bill of materials (BOM), and material requirements planning (MRP). Procurement workflows were streamlined through purchase requisitions (PR), requests for quotation (RFQ), purchase orders (PO), advance shipment notices (ASN), and goods receipt (GRN).

Inventory operations were modernized with material requests, inventory receipt, issue, and adjustment processes, along with dimensional stock management. The platform enabled precise tracking of inventory against each buyer order, allowing bulk purchasing while allocating materials accurately to individual orders.

Downstream processes such as packing slip and invoice generation were enabled using ReportFactory, delivering pixel-perfect documents tightly integrated with ApexWaves ERP. The entire solution supported multi-company and multi-currency operations, enabling seamless usage across regions.
